Top 10 of 4,693 law firms for Stamp Duty Holiday, Housing & Property

We've used MBH Solicitors twice now and had fantastic experiences both times, particularly with Caroline and her team. They managed to complete our purchase under a very tight deadline ahead of the stamp duty increase and were thorough, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them!

Rmi recently used Heringtons for my house sale and purchase. Yuen and Julie were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Yuen was absolutely fantastic and efficient, working to a really tight timescale due to the stamp duty increase, which we managed to beat thanks to her efforts. Highly recommend and professional.

A firm of Solicitors that go out of their way to help clients achieve. Well organised & effective. Sarah Gaunts team strives to be the best.

I dealt with Brachers on behalf of my sister in selling her home, following her admission to a care home. It was an absolute privilege to be looked after by Karen who guided me through a frustrating sales experience and I was grateful for her guidance and her patience. Nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed excellent and friendly service at every stage.

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

A huge thank you to Claire, Ellie, Zara and all at Wace Morgan. You helped me get through one of the most difficult periods in my life with kindness and professionalism. The outcome has been life changing for me and means I can retire a free women. Can't thank you enough.

I have received advice from Alsters Kelley over a range of areas from writing my own Will, releasing money held by a French bank to tenancy issues on a let property in London. In all I have found them to be approachable, swift to respond and supportive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had the pleasure of working with Saranya Slater as our solicitor as a recommendation from a friend, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Saranya was instrumental in helping us complete our purchase before the stamp duty tax increase deadline. She was responsive and addressed our questions the same day. Throughout the process, she kept us well-informed and negotiated unforeseen costs to be shared by the sellers. Thanks to Saranya, we were able to complete on our dream house. We highly recommend her services.
