Mason did an excellent job preparing the legal documents for a Section 21 claim that turned into a long, drawn-out process due to the tenant. Throughout, he remained thorough, organised, and proactive, ensuring every document was accurate and submitted on time. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way.
