Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. They are fantastically skilled at their jobs, give timely insightful communication, and are deeply caring. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all. Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. They keep really diligent records and this has always meant that the communication has been fantastic. They've gone above and beyond numerous times for us, adjusting and responding professionally to frankly surreal and unique situations caused by other parts of the chain - Kiri Kkoshi, Healy's Head of Real Estate, even intervened personally at one point to resolve an issue. We used their services when we bought our flat originally four years ago and naturally ran straight to them when it became time to sell! I would never use anyone else at this point, and would highly recommend them to anyone working out who to go to for their conveyancing needs. Jane, Vicki, Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, Kimberley and everyone else at Healys who worked with us these past 10 months - thank you. Truly could not have done it without you.

Hi Jason, This is amazing news thank you so so much, you have been brilliant on every matter of doing my renewal, you are a true professional I will recommend your service to others, all the best and have a great weekend.

I’m a branch manager for a local estate agent and I recently had a particularly challenging case that required urgent attention and swift action. Other local firms told me they couldn’t accommodate the request, but Tollers—and Mandy in particular—stepped up and handled it brilliantly. They turned the matter around and reached the point of exchange in under three weeks! I work with solicitors daily, but I have never encountered a conveyancer as proactive and efficient as Mandy and her team. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I’ll be recommending Tollers without hesitation moving forward—I’m beyond impressed!

No hassle service, BTMK dealt with everything that was required on behalf effectively and professionally.

My solicitor was Natalie Charles and she have been excellent, very attentive and very responsive. I am not the most patient client, I know that, and Natalie have been so patient and dealt everything very well. No fault at all. I have already recommended her to my connections.

Being a very elderly person, widow and living alone, not only was the whole process dealt with most efficiently by my Solicitor, who made frequent contact, it was the very caring attitude and respect given to me that was so appreciated. Thank you Holly.
