I had the worst tenants at my HMO property, they were not paying their rent, were subletting, selling drugs from the property, anti-social behaviour etc. I started working with Akhil in January 2024 to help me in getting rid of the 3 nightmare tenants. When they were served section 8 and 21, they stated that they wont leave the property until bailiff attends. Akhil is a real professional, kind and compassionate. Despite the backlogs with the courts and delays with bailiffs, Akhil succeeded with the 1st eviction within 4 months of starting the process, second eviction completed within 3 months and repossession and money claims for the 3rd eviction completed within 2 months from that.
