Transfers of equity are changes to who owns a property and in what shares, typically to add or remove someone from the title. My wife and I needed to update our Wills and to learn if changing the tenancy of our main residence would be beneficial. We each filled in Alsters Kelley's preliminary questionnaire. In our first meeting (one hour) Corrine explained all we needed to know. Two weeks later we received drafts of the Wills in the post, together with Corrine’s explanatory (and confirmatory) letter. Four weeks after that we signed the tenancy severance document and our Wills in a brief, final meeting.
