I would like to thank Beverley Nias for her professional advice and support throughout a difficult landlord and tenant matter. She explained the legal process clearly, dealt with the possession proceedings and settlement, and continued to assist with rent arrears and payment arrangement afterwards. I appreciated her prompt and practical guidance.
