I recently used Kate Heath and her team for a property sale and purchase. Kate was friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. She definitely helped to alleviate my stress during a very hectic time. Thanks Kate.

We recently completed a sale and purchase of our principal home using Setfords. Jeffrey Gilbert was incredibly effective, hands on and responsive throughout the process and was able to promptly address issues that came up along the way. Jeffrey is very good at stakeholder management (us, our buyers and sellers, and agents on both sides) and became the go to person for all parties in finding solutions where required. He is incredibly practical and ensured we addressed issues in a way that at all times protected our interests. The firm also has a good support team that ensures that all the paperwork is dealt in an organised manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend Joseph to any friends or family by far the best we have ever used a must if you want trustworthy, diligence and great communication. He went above and beyond his duties to keep the sale and purchase on track, and was the best priced in our area

Ross Ward provided excellent conveyancing support when we bought our current home in Sheffield 15 years ago, explaining the process clearly at each stage. Ross is very suppotive and pragamtically solution focussed. I've subsequently employed Taylor and Emmet twice in the last few year to oversee the sale of 2 investment properties. I have confidence in the quality of the service provided and their ability to get the job done efficiently, and hope to work with Ross and Taylor and Emmet again in the future. I strongly recommend.

I must highly commend Fiona, Linda & Emma in helping with the purchase of our first property. We were kept regularly updated throughout the process and they were unbelievably professional and helpful thoroughout. We purchased a property with no onward chain and Fiona's team ensured the matter exchanged and completed in just over a month. We would gladly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!
