Elite Law Solicitors Limited

We were recommended to Kalim from our agents and we couldn’t have been more happier with their recommendation. We heard great stories about people using him and being happy, so it made sense for us to use him for our sale and purchase of our home, and we couldn't be more pleased. The experience from our first time buying a house is night and day. With what can be a stressful experience, Kalim made everything clear, straightforward, and manageable. Communication was prompt, and he patiently answered every single question we had without making us feel rushed or confused. Everything moved along to completion smoothly. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kalim to anyone looking for a reliable person. He truly became our safe space and we felt at ease knowing he was always there. When we hit a few unexpected bumps with the chain, Kalim stepped up, kept calm, and sorted everything out with great efficiency. We wouldn't hesitate to use Kalim and Elite Law again.

Throughout the process of selling our house we were well informed, respectfully guided and impressed with Hanah’s efficiency. In fact the other parties in the chain commented on it too. Really could not be happier and more grateful for Hanah’s contribution to the process.

We cannot express how pleased we were with the work provided by Selina and Emily at Elite Law, our house sale went though quicker than we ever expected due to their hard work, they kept us updated at each stage and answered any questions we had straight away. We would happily recommend their services to anyone seeking a conveyancing solicitor and will definitely use them again in the future ourselves! we thank them for making the experience as first time buyers a lot less stressful. Thank you again.

I recently used Elite Law for both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, Joseph and Saanya were exceptionally prompt, helpful, and professional. Navigating a simultaneous sale and purchase can be stressful, but their clear communication and proactive approach kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. Every query I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, whilst the Agents had to chase other solicitors in the chain multiple times, all required info was always ready on my side. I highly recommend Elite Las to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality services

Excellent customer service, very professional and well mannered staff. Nothing was too much trouble and very quick responses.

I can't imagine a worse experience selling a property than what transpired earlier this year using Elite for conveyancing. Extremely poor communication, unnecessary and very costly delays, and a final bill (£4,975) ending up at more than DOUBLE their original quote (£1,900). Five thousand pounds to sell a modest 2-bedroom flat in Glouscestershire. Just about every email I sent was met with an out-of-office automatic reply, and it would take days to get an actual response. They were attentive for the first few weeks after instruction, but within two months I felt like I was constantly chasing them. Kalim Akhtar was polite, but far from responsive and not especially respectful of the time and money being wasted. Yes, there were issues and delays caused by the flat's management company, but I would have expected a large firm with multiple offices to be able to handle what should have been a simple transaction with more efficiency and attention. I truly regret not using a local solicitor and being taken in by Elite's initial quote.

I dealt with Melissa regarding a delectation of trust. She was most knowledgeable and understood our matter perfectly. She made the process straightforward and went above and beyond to assist us with an urgent matter even after the job was done.

I chose this firm due to the postive reviews. I explained my multi part complex situation and Elite Hitchin said they could absolutely help. Then I was passed onto another site. After receiving an estimate, I noticed there was 2 sets of duplicate chargers which I questioned. I was told they were necessary, however other firms confirmed they weren't. After questioning the duplicate charges and signing the acceptance form, I was then quickly dismissed by Elite and was instructed to use another firm entirely. I felt this was extremely unprofessional and I personally wouldn't use Elite for anything complex.
