Kerry and her team provided excellent service in guiding me through the entire process of buying my first home. They responded to my questions swiftly and precisely, worked with different parties behind the scenes, and kept me updated (almost immediately after each milestone!) throughout the process. They explained details clearly. Their communication always came with messages to alert me any risks that I needed to be aware of. The whole transaction went very smooth. I am really satisfied with the professional service rendered.

Metha was my solicitor and she helped me to deal with a commercial lease transfer, her service was excellent and she was also very on top of the requests and she also quoted a very reasonable fee. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to Elite Law itself charges very high disbursements fee. Otherwise I’m very happy with everything.

Recently used Elite Law Bath for a house sale and purchase. Came recommended by our estate agent and the team were brilliant. Communication was clear and regular, the process was very efficient and the advice offered led to a smooth completion. When we needed to drop off paper work we were welcomed and the team showed genuine interest in us as clients, something you don't always experience in a conveyancing process.
