Many many thanks to Emma Leighton - Carey of Elite Law Solicitors in the complete handling of matters in the purchase of our new property.
Emma responded to queries and e-mails very promptly, even when she was "out of office" on training courses she found the time to respond often within minutes.
She was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and things happened when she said they would.
The whole process of house purchase conveyancing was made very easy and understandable thanks to the input of professional lady.
We dealt solely with Emma and so there was no being passed of to other people in the organisation
Personally we feel that using ELS resulted in a very quick and stress free procedure.
Well done Emma, thank you very much for your much appreciated input and help, if we could give you seven stars we would.

Elite Law solicitors assisted with an auction purchase involving bridging finance with a set deadlime for completion. A massive shoutout to Michael Freeman, our solicitor, who truly went above & beyond during our house move. From chasing paperwork to answering our 3 a.m. emails (we swear we didn’t mean to!), Michael was on top of everything. His communication was spot on, clear, quick & somehow always made us feel like we were his top priority (even though we know he has other clients, lucky them).

But what really deserves a round of applause is how Michael worked his magic to get us into our new home in December, right before Christmas! With all the holiday chaos, we were convinced we’d be living out of boxes forever, but Michael made sure we were in before the turkey hit the table. If there were an award for best solicitor, he’d get a trophy & a high-five from us! Thanks, Michael, you’re officially our favourite person, right after Santa!
