Outstanding service from beginning to end - real teamwork
Thank goodness we found Lauren Ward and Ed Davies! They guided us through the purchase of our newbuild and the sale of our existing home. They maintained contact throughout, updating us, answering all of our questions immediatley and supporting us through an extremely difficult process due to the incompetence of solicitors and agents in the chain below.
If Lauren was unavailable, Ed was always able to help and liaise to resolve any issues of concern. We never had a call or email remain unanswered.
Having bought and sold many properties in the past we can honestly say that we have never had such helpful, approachable people dealing with the matter. They both both professional and efficient and Lauren never gave up and finally enabled us to buy our new home.
