Buying and selling a property
I obtained quotes from local solicitors and Elite Law came out considerably cheaper. I did think maybe not best to go with cheapest however they have proved to efficient, helpful ,responsive and caring. There were no shocks when the final bill came and the purchase was less than I was expecting. The purchase was spot on. The local office in Amersham was good to drop off paperwork even though the work was undertaken at their Surbiton office. Really pleased and would highly recommend.

Review of Elite Law Solicitors + Carina and team
Came across Elite Law Solicitors and Carina following a recommendation from a colleague who had used them for their own house purchase. Could not be thankful enough for this recommendation – Carina, Daisy and Frazer all worked very diligently throughout the process to ensure that I was able to get my keys within 8 weeks of instruction.
The whole team were phenomenal – they were easy to get hold of whenever I had a question, and were able to guide me through the entire process (especially helpful as a first-time buyer).
Was particularly grateful for the team’s help when there was a last-minute delay from another party – despite this they pressed ahead with the same completion date and ensured I got my keys on-schedule. Appreciate all their help!

Excellent Service!
I can't recommend Carina Brits and her team highly enough. They recently did the conveyancing for the sale of my property in London, I live abroad so all communication was either via email or phone. I was nervous about the UK conveyancing processs having heard horror stories of protracted and torturous experiences from others, but my experience couldn't have been further from that. From the first phone call, when I was sent a detailed quote almost immediately, Carina and her team were always available, very professional and responsive, answered all my queries and I had complete confidence in them. The whole transaction was speedy and painless and the final invoice was exactly as quoted ( which was very good value for such excellent service.) Highly recommend! 10/10!

Sale and purchase transaction
Carina Brits and her team are an utter pleasure to deal with. I am so grateful to the person who recommended them. Having bought and sold multiple times, this team is by far the most helpful, communicative and clear I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Amazing!
Carina and Daisy have been so helpful to me from start to finish, ensuring the process was as seamless as possible. Communication was always prompt, I knew I could always call if I needed clarification on anything. I hadn’t heard of Elite Law before I saw them on Google and I’m so happy I decided to go with them. If I need a solicitor in future, I definitely know who I’ll be using! Elite Law Surbiton office is a breath of fresh air in the area - not many other solicitors are as friendly or helpful!

Buying conveyancing
Both Carina and Daisy were always a pleasure to deal with.
Polite, good humoured and willing to put extra effort into ensuring that the process was done as soon as possible in spite sometimes having to deal with people who didn't have their ethos. My thanks goes out to the both of them and I have no reservations in recommending them highly.

Sale and Purchase of Property
It has been many years since we required the use of a conveyancing solicitor. Carina and Daisy provided an excellent service, they always responded quickly to our questions either by phone, online or in person. They made the process straight forward , they were professional, caring and efficient at all times ensuring our sale and purchase were completed in a timely manner
