Hanah Wright and her team are phenomenal and a real asset to the company.
It would be extremely unfair of me not to reciprocate the enormous amount of hard work and time Hanah has invested in us over the conveyancing process of selling our home. I hope that my review can go some way of showing my immense thanks to Hanah and recommending her to a prospective client reading this review.
Our circumstances are first time sellers moving out of our first owned home, which added slight apprehension that we needed to ensure we had the right solicitor.
From the initial instruction of Hanah for conveyancing she and her assistants Lin and Trudy they have been nothing short of sensational. Hanah’s spectacular attention to detail and awe-inspiring transparency has allowed our minds to rest during what should have been an extremely stressful time for us.
Throughout every step of the process Hanah made it very clear that she was acting in our best interests with thorough speedy responses and routine updates. We were never left wanting.
I feel that I have built a professional rapport with Hanah and her team and will miss our daily chats via email and telephone. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hanah Wright to any of my friends, family and colleagues for any residential conveyancing purposes.

Hanah Wright is a superstar!!!
Thank you sooooo much. Hanah and her colleagues were awesome from start to finish. They dealt with all my enquiries efficiently and effectively, communicated well and kept me calm when things appeared to be falling apart. Hanah went above and beyond to help me get my deal done and I'm extremely pleased with the work that she did on my behalf. She was very approachable and gave sensible advice. She was empathetic towards my situation and needs. I live miles away from these offices and thought this may be an issue but it absolutely was not. Hanah and her team were able make the distance work so easily it was never a problem at all. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her work and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in any location buying or selling a house.

Don’t bother looking anywhere else
I can’t express enough how fantastic the service we received was! We were very grateful to have Hanah as our solicitor and she was our saving grace. Our no chain sale took almost 6 months due to the sellers firm and Hanah went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through before our mortgage expired. She actually went as far as to do the other solicitors job for her and took on tasks that weren’t her responsibility to make sure the job was done. Even on her annual leave she was on her emails contacting our mortgage provider when the other side dropped the ball. Elite law certainly lived up to its name. Even if the price was twice as much we would still use them. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere, I promise you will not regret using this firm!

Hanah and her team took this property from receipt of memorandum of sale (not even draft contract pack issued) to exchange of contracts in 21 working days. The buyers undertook surveys, searches and enquiries, and the market was exceptionally busy. This was an exceptional feat, and we are all very grateful.
I have worked with Hanah, Trudy and Lin for about 12 years now, and they are exceptional.

House Sale and Purchase
Have just completed on the sale of our house and used Elite Law Fareham. We had Hannah and her team, Lin and Trudy act for us and I can honestly say that they were brilliant. They were always available to get hold of, answered emails by return and were very professional but with a friendly manner. I am using another firm of solicitors for a probate matter and they are not a patch on Hannah and her team. Would thoroughly recommend them and the cost was very reasonable as well.
