The process was delayed due to outside factors but Hanah was patient, efficient, and was fantastic at keeping me up to date throughout - she'd always respond quickly and it was clear that everything was in hand from her end. Hanah and her team were exceptional from start to finish with our sale and onward purchase. We never once had to chase for updates and always had quick responses to any questions we had. We had a few issues surrounding probate in which Hanah was the most helpful out of all parties involved. It would be extremely unfair of me not to reciprocate the enormous amount of hard work and time Hanah has invested in us over the conveyancing process of selling our home.
