We used Elite Law for the sale of our property, and I cannot thank Joseph Lewis and Mia Taylor enough for the way they handled what became an extremely difficult and stressful transaction. Our sale was anything but straightforward. There were repeated delays from the other side, unclear timescales, lender-related issues, and a huge amount of uncertainty around exchange and completion. At times, we were living out of suitcases, had belongings in storage, and were under real pressure trying to plan our lives around dates that kept moving. Throughout all of this, Joseph and Mia were calm, professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. They chased when needed, explained things clearly, kept us updated, and did everything they could to push the matter forward. Joseph in particular went above and beyond at key moments, including dealing with late updates and trying to get clarity when exchange was expected. What stood out most was that they treated us like people, not just another file. They understood how much stress the situation was causing and helped us feel that someone was actually fighting our corner. I would happily recommend Elite Law, and especially Joseph and Mia, to anyone looking for a conveyancing team who are responsive, proactive and human when things become difficult. We have just completed both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new property, and I cannot recommend Elite Law highly enough. From start to finish, Joseph Lewis and Mia Taylor were exceptional. They were professional, responsive, proactive and, above all, incredibly supportive throughout what became a particularly challenging transaction. Unfortunately, much of the delay was caused by the other side's solicitors, which created a great deal of uncertainty and frustration. Despite this, Joseph and Mia remained calm, kept us fully informed, chased relentlessly when needed and always took the time to explain the position clearly. We always felt they were firmly in our corner and doing everything possible to move matters forward. Communication was excellent throughout. Emails and calls were dealt with promptly, and no question ever felt like too much trouble. In what can be a very stressful process, they provided reassurance, sound advice and complete professionalism from beginning to end. Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest events in most people's lives, and having a team you can genuinely trust makes all the difference. Joseph and Mia were a pleasure to deal with, and we are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work in getting us to completion. Thank you both for everything.
