My experience is a wonderful testimony I would like to share with this firm. Initially, it was hard to belief if my matter could be addressed just by telephone communication and not meeting in person. I even pondered the question whom am I talking to in this interview that I cannot see face to face. There is an adage that we use in our local communities which says: ''seeing is belief'' but it was wrong in this context. My sponsor, Youus Care in the UK chose WH Solicitors for my matter after consenting with me. Before coming in contact with my sponsor, a friend who also happens to work and live in the UK, told me about your services. A lot of good things were discussed about the firm in terms of best ranking, eloquent solicitors, diversification e.t.c. I had no doubt working with you from that point. Frankly speaking, I was very much impressed about the way the entire process started and ended. Few among the most important contributing factors to the success I could mention as follows; 1. Client should give accurate information and on time 2. Provide all required document promptly 3. Accurate feedback on tasks Above all, Mr. Hassan was very dedicated to doing the right thing without fair and favour. He shows his total commitment to the job even when not called for reminder. He dislike client calling or sending email to him asking for update. This is because he doesn't want to be distracted and he is aware of the timely work and follow up he does with his colleagues and partners in busy. I was astonished when I received his email stating that my travel document was ready for collection just after a week of my appointment at the visa application centre in Istanbul. Few friends of mine confessed to me that it took them not less than 3 weeks to receive their documents upon submission. I would stand out as one of the serviced client to recommend WH Solicitors to my friends and whosoever I may come in contact with to use their services. There is no regret in using your services......
