I needed to get Indefinite Leave to Remain within weeks to be eligible for Student Finance to go to University. I simply could not afford to have some random lawyer represent my case and risk causing any delays or any unexpected outcome. Nor could I afford to spend my mental energy with unprofessional or unsympathetic solicitors - trust me when I say there's lots of them out there. So I quickly began my search for the best solicitor I could find out there with free 15 mins consulting here and there, reading reviews of many firms and lawyers online. Then I came across Andre Minnaar. I had spoken to him on the phone for a few mins and immediately I realised: "right, this person understands what I am talking about, and my urgency and importance of it all." His online reviews also seemed great. So I asked if he would represent me, and he kindly agreed. I got my Indefinite Leave to Remain granted within weeks - just as I needed to. And all I have to say about Andre is this: when it came to expertise in immigration matters, professionalism, patience, communication and empathy with my need to get the IRL as urgently as possible, in all of that, Andre simply exceeded far beyond my expectations. And I say that from having had other solicitors represent me previously. Trust me: from my experiences, Andre is as best as it can get. I highly recommend him.
