This work covers automatic refusals in immigration, where UKVI decisions are blocked by fixed criteria or mandatory checks. A solicitor reviews the reason for the refusal, prepares representations, and may apply for reconsideration or an appeal where permissible. They assemble documentary evidence, liaise with UK Visas and Immigration, and explain available options for reapplication or remedy after the decision.
