I had many refusals from the Home Office in my case from 2012 due to the college sponsor’s license had been revoked, appeal dismissed on human rights ground then had appealed on First Trial Tribunal which had been refused then lodged the appeal to the Upper Trial Tribunal which had been refused as well and even the appeal right had been exhausted, then my LTR had been refused, JR had been lodged but refused and finally the Home office had considered me an overstayer and detained me in 2015 while on reporting at the police station and then voluntarily had been returned to my home country on my own expenses, this all was due to the unprofessional solicitors dealt with my case since the very beginning, they were just rubbed and play with the people’s money and don’t work professionally and destroy the future for the students etc….
