The Skilled Worker Route covers visa applications for non‑UK nationals who have a job offer from a licensed employer and meet wage and skill requirements under UK immigration rules. A solicitor practising this area handles the sponsorship process, checks the employer’s eligibility, and prepares the application to the Home Office, including gathering evidence of identity, qualifications, and sponsorship declarations. They also advise on dependents, switching routes, and potential outcomes if the sponsor or role changes.

“I cannot recommend Mohammed Abukar and his team highly enough for Skilled Worker visa applications. Mohammed Abukar, along with Marwa Rashad, provided exceptional support under extremely short notice. My Skilled Worker visa application was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail from start to finish. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I received positive news from the Home Office in a very short timeframe, which far exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent throughout; everything was clearly explained, updates were prompt, and the team were consistently supportive and reassuring during what could have been a very stressful process. I am genuinely happy and completely satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend Mohammed Abukar and his team to anyone seeking reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient legal support. Thank you again for such an excellent service.”
