I was living in a house that had a service charge and linked to a housing association, who were notoriously difficult to deal with. Due to a negative experience staircasing to 100% using a cheap online solicitor, I spent a lot of time in choosing Jo and Mandy. They were fantastic, keeping me informed without having to continually chase them. Dealing with the housing association and the difficulties that inevitably arise, with a calm and stoic manner that I found reassuring. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and experienced and therefore not ruffled by anything that came up. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and in my opinion, paying a little extra for.
