“From the very beginning, Katie provided clear guidance and kept everything moving during the early stages of what turned out to be a fairly complex and lengthy process. She was responsive, proactive, and always made sure I understood what was happening. When the case was passed to Amy partway through, she picked things up seamlessly and continued that same high level of service right through to completion. Amy was excellent at chasing updates, keeping me informed, and ensuring everything stayed on track, particularly towards the end when timings became more critical.
