As executor for my mum's estate I was anxious not knowing what to expect or how complicated it would be to sell her house. I needn't have worried, I was in safe hands with Carole and Kim at BMTC. I was kept aware of every stage and they completely looked after my interests throughout the whole process. The fees were transparent with no surprises and I was amazed at how little involvement I had right up to completion. It was an emotional day for me handing over the keys after 50 years of my life living at and visiting that house and the care I was shown was exemplary.
