Always very happy

DO NOT USE FRANKLINS FOR CONVEYANCING.
I wouldn't give them even one star if I could.
Appalling, frustrating, annoying and service.
They do not communicate status AT ALL. You have to call them every step of the way and then when you make contact with a human, they say they will call or email you with an update and THEY NEVER DO.
We could not complete our conveyancing before 31st March because they were so slow even though our purchase was very standard.

Franklins were recommended to us as 1 of 3 options by developer when buying new home. We chose them as they seems to be balanced option in terms of price and quality. When we started working with them we expect more correspondence (over phone / email) to keep us upto date but we saw Franklins is lacking it and we kind of were chasing them time to time for updates.
Overall, they did the job which was required for a new home but the only point i would recommend is to improve on communications, other than that all good.
