After a poor experience with an on line firm I was pleasantly surprised by the completely opposite experience with Franklin's. Kris Raca's team especially Lauren Collins have been helpful, available and commumicative throughout the whole process. There was always someone at the end of the phone and explanations and advice we're always friendly and helpful.
My only criticism would be the time it takes to get from agreement of purchase to completion, but apparently everyone else I have spoken to thinks this was quite quick! Otherwise great and would definitely use Franklin's again.
