George originally joined the firm in 1994 before leaving in 2003 and then rejoined in 2023 in what he describes as a 20 year holiday. George deals with a wide range of civil and commercial matters which include:- Contentious Trusts and Probate Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant Debt Recovery Defamation Court of Protection Lease Extensions Contract Disputes Cease and Desist actions and Injunctions Change of Names Independent legal advice for guarantors and occupiers Neighbour disputes and boundary issues George provides a no nonsense approach to resolving disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. George puts Clients at ease with a calm approach, understanding the issues and getting to grips in obtaining an effective solution and outcome to the most toughest of disputes. Outside of work you’ll often find George trying to become a backgammon grandmaster, reading lots of weird and wonderful books, going to concerts, travelling on city breaks and constantly explaining to his four children how great the 80’s was.
