    “Excellent work by Ella Bone in creating a statutory declaration as foolishly I lost a 20+ year old document. The whole process was easy. The gorgeous Georgian building has a couple of steps to the to the front which are no good for wheelchairs. With the building being grade 2 listed, they can't start knocking out steps and doorways to make them flat and bigger for disabled access. If you are expected and give the reception a call, they will let you in their side gate. It's still not the best solution for wheelchair access due to those narrow doorways and anything wider than a standard wheelchair will not get through.”
