My wife and I recently sought the services of Scullion Law in the purchase of a property. Farrah handled the process for us and was incredibly knowledgeable about the documents required for the purchase to be completed. There were several documents that were not readily available at the time of purchase and Farrah did a fantastic job of chasing all of these for us to ensure the purchase could go ahead. The issues with documentation had been significant enough to turn away the previous buyers but Farrah managed to get through the issues quickly and we were very impressed with the service provided. We were kept updated by Farrah throughout the entire process so we always knew what stage we were at with the purchase so the communication was excellent.
