Professional - My solicitor knows her subject matter well. Accommodating - I had some issues with settling my invoice, but it was handled very diplomatically at a time when i was already under pressure from the legal proceedings i was going through. Accessible - I was able to reach my solicitor whenever i needed to and on the couple of occasions that i couldn't they got back to me in a timely manner. Thank You.

I have just concluded the worst two years of my life with regards to an allegation made against me. I was fortunate enough to be represented by Jamie Simner on two separate occasions. I’m writing this review today, when I should probably be sat in a prison cell. I think that speaks volumes for Nicola and the team’s work. Having worked with other solicitors firms in the past, the service offered by Cartwright King is phenomenal and I do not believe there are many other people (if any) that could have gotten the same result. The approach taken to the case was well thought out, logical and pre-empted problems before they arose. As a result, the outcome was far greater than I believe anyone ever anticipated. Not discounting the preparation work of the rest of the team, Nicola presented the case effectively and got the job the done. There are not enough words to thank Nicola and the team for their work and I can now look forward to enjoying the next chapter of my life.

When you are being prosecuted you need to hire someone who knows the law well enough to represent you so that you don't get hit even harder that you deserve. It happens all the time, the (throwing the book at you method). The book hurts. The police and CPS like to escalate charges. If you don't have a representative who knows what might happen. I had a solicitor from another firm before, same case. His representation was discontinued and I hired a lady from Richard Nelson LLP. She made sure the law remained honest, I was given a consequence that matched my offence not a hugely escalated sentence that would have been unfair. She knows things like what sentencing guidelines the court are empowered with and made a point to the court that they accepted which otherwise would have left me in a position where I would no doubt have been prosecuted again in future. Eve Paterson skillfully negotiated the safe zone between there should be a consequence and escalated charges to make it sound worse than it was. In my very humble opinion,if you are going into a courtroom without her good luck. But if I had a choice I would use Richard Nelson. Eve if possible.
