Easy to make appointment with the solicitor who dealt with me. Car parking near to main entrance to building. Costs explained before any work starte on new Will. Quote was competitive. The wording in each section explained in seperate letter with draft Will. A time was given for the preparation of the Will. The Will was produced within the agreed time. Very good service with pleasant staff and modern offices.

Solicitor Elizabeth Whitaker discussed our wishes with us over the phone and then drew up the wills which we signed at home in the presence of two witnesses.
