We were lucky to be recommended Heringtons to deal with the sale of our bungalow and purchase of our flat. The flat came under the new legislation etc following the Grenfell Tower tragedy and requires more specialist investigations, and Yuen took this on. We were always kept informed of the progress of the situation and often copied in on emails, so usually knew exactly what information it was that was outstanding. We expressed concerns ourselves, especially with the flat purchase, and Heringtons acted on those and sought answers from the relevant sources. We felt at all times that they were acting in OUR interests. They always acted in a professional manner, especially with other parties. We always found them approachable and willing to listen.
