I recently used Ashtons Legal services to handle the conveyancing on my late parents property. Following a recommendation, I requested that Naomi Everett take on the work. I have been more than satisfied by the service provided. Importantly we have been kept well informed during the process and issues that cropped up were dealt with smoothly. A friendly and professional service. Should I ever need conveyancing services again I would not hesitate to use Naomi and Ashtons again.

I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

I found Kim & Carol to be very helpful, friendly & supportive during my first ever house sale. They were especially good when unexpected problems occurred, such as discovering that there was a “Caution” against the property of which we were completely unaware. They worked very quickly in clearing this up & I was impressed to discover they didn’t charge me any more for this unforeseen circumstance. Buying & selling houses really is a minefield & you need a good lawyer to fight your corner. I would not recommend tackling it alone, on the internet, as many of these modern websites suggest!
