Once again I have enjoyed the benefit of a prompt, highly professional and always friendly and helpful service from Denise and Rikki-Lee as together we navigate the treacherous and ever-changing world of property letting. I unreservedly recommend BG Solicitors to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy organisation for their legal needs.

From the first moment of engagement with Tamara the expertise, knowledge and professionalism shined through. Tips and issue resolution left me feeling very reassured I was in very good hands. Would highly recommend Tamara.

Extremely professional service from Kirsten Philp from Morgans in Dunfermline. Kept informed throughout the process of both selling and buying respectively. Costs were made prior to engaging with Morgans and no hidden costs or fees. Clear guidelines were set along with guidance along the way, when and as required. Excellent communication throughout in particular as there was a chain involved in the selling process. Kirsten ensured I was kept informed throughout the process. Going forward I would not hesitate to use her services further.

Hi Jason, This is amazing news thank you so so much, you have been brilliant on every matter of doing my renewal, you are a true professional I will recommend your service to others, all the best and have a great weekend.

In helping me to buy my first property (which of course I was initially nervous about), they have worked wonders and kept me updated every step of the way. Amy in particular has been very helpful and informative, and answered any queries I had thoroughly. I'm very grateful to her, for all her hard work. Thankyou. Keep up the good work

We found from start to finish that Clark Willis were very professional and thorough. We have experience of other Solicitors for similar services and we believe Clark Willis were considerably more rigourous and certainly acted in our interests. During the purchase Clark Willis raised numerous enquiries to the sellers that we would not have thought to ask but which were very important information for us to have for the future. My experience with other (cheaper solicitors) is that they will not lift a finger to do more than the minimum. I also spoke to Alister on multiple occasions to get better understanding of certain situations or clarifications and he was always very helpful and prepared to go through things. The only difficulty I had is that we often missed each other due to busy work schedules. I think an improvement would be if Team's meetings could be scheduled as is common in many other industries.
