Daniel Evans at Devonalds Church Village was the solicitor we used for the purchase of our first home. Although a stressful life experience, Daniel helpfully chased responses and reports for us in a timely way, explained what we needed explaining, and when we hit a snag with some of the issues with our home he worked to ensure these would not cause us any issues or stress in the future. The whole team were responsive and friendly, their professionalism not wavering even though we were very much on their tail. The Devonalds app also made communications easy, and is a huge plus point to using Devonalds. Thank you very much for the experience we have had - it was fantastic. Megan & Nick Kyte

W&AS Bruce we’re recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when I was buying my own house. They were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Everything was done in a timely manner, fast service and great prices! Definitely recommend.

I can't thank Beverly enough for the first-class service she provided throughout what turned out to be a very complex house sale. From the start, I had excellent communication ,she was incredibly professional and clear. I had straightforward advice which made everything so much easier to understand, even when things got complicated. There were quite a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Beverly and the team were committed to getting things over the line. I really appreciated having direct contact with her, in the final stages. I would absolutely recommend Beverly to anyone needing legal help. Thank you.

Exceptional service. I was kept informed throughout. Very helpful and approachable. Would recommend and will use again.

Samantha Marandi was my Conveyancer for my house sale/buying a new house. Very friendly, always responsive to my emails/calls, completely on the ball, worked incredibly hard to get the properties over the line and fully explains things in a way you can understand. Very human too, especially when there was an issue with my garden due to a neighbour - she took the time out to make sure I was ok and reassure me. Would definitely recommend Samantha and her team at MBH.

From start finish everything was done in a timely fashion and was incredibly thorough. We have used Natalie three times now for home sales and purchases and we wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you!

Fenella was extremely thorough and professional. I really felt like she had my best interests in mind all the time. She guided me through some of the more difficult aspects I had to deal with, with patience and great knowledge. We had a few issues with the vendors solicitors but Fenella guided us through to a great, if not elongated, finish. Thank you very much Ashtons.

Nicola Davies is a very capable solicitor with impressive knowledge and capability in property litigation

I cannot thank Bakshi and her team enough for their solid expertise, help and support to drive through a successful completion for my very recent house purchase! Excellent and prompt communications, clear and responsive explanations and generally an incredible service from beginning to end. I first used Bakshi a couple of years ago to sell my house which was super smooth and whilst this house purchase had a few obstacles, I felt in a highly expert and capable pair of hands. I will continue to keep recommending Gepp as the best solicitors to deal with! Huge thanks yet again Brilliant Bakshi!!

Melody supported me massively throughout my property purchase. As a first-time buyer, I was guided through every step of the process, and she ensured the purchase was truly worthwhile. I highly recommend her services. Thanks Melody!
