I have used Russell and Russell Solicitors for every house sale and purchase - each time quality service. This purchase was extremely complicated due to the chain in my sale but Karen Woods and Diane Asbury were so supportive and ensured the purchase completed and they both stayed behind after 5pm to ensure the funds got to the solicitor for the house we're buying. Following on from a couple of years of verbal and abusive behaviour from my neighbours family. I maintained the fence between the two properties, as I have always done since moving into my new build home. My neighbours have not lived there very long, but seem to think they own everything including the fences, paths and road.
