I had the pleasure or working with Alexandra for a house purchase. In fact, close friends of mine had recommended Alexandra and her office for their outstanding work and I reached out to her following their recommendation. I was very pleased to work with her, she is very attentive and supportive and also ensures to thoroughly read any relevant information on searches and raise relevant queries. She also was prompt to respond to my queries which was reassuring. She also proactively shared suggestions on searches which helps. I would definitely recommend Alexandra and if anyone asks for a trustworthy solicitor this is where I would direct them. Thank you Alexandra.

Karen and her team took us through a very complicated sale and purchase of our home. When the need occured telephoneccommunication was excellent. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Karen was very prompt and friendly in her dealings with me in relation to the conveyancing of my mums property. I would use again and would recommend to family and friends. Many thanks Karen.

Alastair Harvey is an excellent solicitor. Very efficient, approachable and kept us informed at every stage. Was very quick to respond to any query we had. We would highly recommend him.

Luke & Angela were excellent. Completion of my house purchase was quicker than anticipated. I was sent individual emails with detail in the body of the email to explain what I was reviewing and whether I should have any concerns. They also took away and quickly turned around any questions I had. Cannot thank them enough

Chloe is the utmost professional and dedicated the time to put my needs first. She navigated the sale of my property twice since the first time fell through due to the buyers. The buyer’s solicitor was the most difficult and rude person to deal with but Chloe never rose to his level and kept it professional. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to keep my cool! Chloe navigated a complex Land Registry title and got it resolved quickly. Will certainly instruct Chloe again and even the estate agent was impressed.

Our buyer was using Lisa Oram at Emerald Law, who with her assistant Minhal gave absolutely top tier service, progressing the sale proactively and with brilliant communication. Thanks so much, Lisa and Minhal!

I had a very good and professional service. Communication was excellent throughout, my case was handled very efficiently, and it was done to the very highest standards.
