Top 10 of 4,693 law firms for Title Issues, Housing & Property

Sarah was so thorough in sorting out anomalies for the purchase of my new property and selling my old property It was frustrating at times but well worth the delays. Would recommend her to my friends

This is the second time Rania had acted for us in a house sale. She had previously been the solicitor for someone who bought from us and she was so good that we resolved to ask her to act for us in future. This proved to be a wise move as she was able to resolve a potentially challenging legal issue that had been completely missed by our previous conveyancers when we had purchased. This latest sale was quick professional and seamless and I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough

I’m a branch manager for a local estate agent and I recently had a particularly challenging case that required urgent attention and swift action. Other local firms told me they couldn’t accommodate the request, but Tollers—and Mandy in particular—stepped up and handled it brilliantly. They turned the matter around and reached the point of exchange in under three weeks! I work with solicitors daily, but I have never encountered a conveyancer as proactive and efficient as Mandy and her team. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I’ll be recommending Tollers without hesitation moving forward—I’m beyond impressed!

We would highly recommend Tianna for conveyancing services. She assisted with our property sale/purchase and offered a very professional service. She was always quick to respond to queries and kept us updated with proceedings during a lengthy process.

Bradley & Suzan have both been brilliant helping me with the sale of property that had a lot of issues that came out of the woodwork. The efficiency with quick response times was the element that stood out the most - definitely recommend anyone to use their services.
