Stephanie was such a blessing to me in what could have been a very confusing process of buying my first home! She was always so professional, clear and when we did speak on the phone, she radiated kindness and warmth. I’m extremely happy and I wish Stephanie all the best of success in the future! She is amazing!

The whole experience and team were helpful, efficient, thorough and experienced. I dealt mainly with Juliette Beauvais and would highly recommend.

We used HSR Law to do the conveyancing for our family house sale. The staff work well on behalf of their clients, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, we received excellent counsel and guidance throughout from Jasmine and her wider team. I would highly recommend HSR Law for their reassuring professionalism and expert efficiency.

Hegartys Solicitors have been brilliant with a very tricky house purchase , everything went wrong from incorrect leases and bad plans and Hegartys were always there supporting and guiding. They are fabulous solicitors and conveyancers .

I used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy my first home - Alex and his team were wonderful. They used an app to share documents and communicate which meant it was incredibly easy to keep track of everything and response time was often within minutes. Everything was outlined clearly and I never felt like I was bothering them asking additional questions along the way. There were a couple of bumps along the way that needed sorting - Alex handled this all so the sale was very much stress free! I've already recommended Alex to a friend who's currently using him for the purchase of her first home too.

I recently purchased a house and had an outstanding experience with W & AS Bruce. Omar and Denise were fantastic from start to finish, professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They handled every stage of the process promptly and kept us fully informed throughout, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. Even after we moved in, they went above and beyond to help resolve an unexpected issue with the property, achieving a great outcome for us. I couldn’t recommend W & AS Bruce highly enough.

From the point of getting the Memorandum of Sales from our estate agents to Completion, it's taken just 2 months. This is without doubt the fastest I have ever experienced in selling a property, and I've done quite a few of those over the years. The team has been very responsive with no delays on responding. Beverly has been amazing in her responsiveness and jumping on any queries straight away, keeping us up to date on progress. This has been a fantastic experience and I have found a new solicitor that I've tried and tested and will be using for all my legal work going forward.

Every aspect of our house sale was dealt with quickly and efficiently despite it being a listed building. We were always able to speak to the relevant person by phone.
