I had found myself in the unfortunate position of having an outstanding charge incorrectly held against my property after the previously instructed solicitors firm had not done their jobs properly. I had tried to get the issue resolved with the land registry by myself for 4 months. Until i was eventually referred to Dawn. The fee requested was reasonable, the communication was first class and the attention to deadlines was immaculate. The patience and professionalism shown by Dawn, when at times I was admittedly loosing my cool, was exemplary. The issue was resolved within 6-8 weeks of Dawns involvement, despite the poor communication from the other party involved.
