We are most grateful to Jackie Stay and her team at BWK for going the extra mile to ensure the sale of the retirement apartment was completed despite the many complications and obstructions encountered. Jackie kept us fully informed on the progress and challenges, and true to character she always fulfilled on the actions required. We have no hesitation in recommending Jackie.

I reached out to Tim at Parker Bullen when I had a complicated Freehold/Leasehold issue that the conveyancer on my sale could not deal with. Thanks to Tim's wealth of expertise, we were able to come up with a clever resolution without which I would have been stuck and not able to sell my house. Tim was a pleasure to deal with as he was very responsive, proactively communicated frequently and helped navigate a stressful situation with calm reassurance. Would highly recommend.

Roo helped me buy my first property and was so great to work with. I had so many questions as a first time buyer and Roo was super patient with me and always took the time to help and explain. We had a few complications with missing documents from the previous owner and Roo really worked hard to research and fix this for us which I know must have taken a lot of time and negotiation. Overall i am so grateful for Roo as I really would have been lost without her! Rest assured you can trust her to look after the biggest purchase you may ever make!

We used Amicus Law for the recent sale of our house and purchase of our new property here in Minehead. David Chapman and his team provided excellent service. They dealt with everything very quickly and kept us fully informed at every stage. David was always available to answer any queries or concerns. He worked hard at the end to make sure we completed on the given day as there was a problem further down the chain. I would recommend Amicus Law and would certainly use them again.

Steph Brayshay took on our property sale which we wanted done Very quickly. Steph dealt with our request and with little ado and real professionalism did what she had to in record time.
