We used Elite Law to sell our London property and buy our new home in Devon. Angi Gad was excellent throughout the whole process. She got the ball rolling quickly, and responded promptly to our queries. She was always available when we needed to phone to discuss options and the art of the possible, especially when we had to navigate a number of curved balls being thrown into the mix. Thank you! Would highly recommend anyone looking to sell/buy their home.

We used Slee Blackwell for our property sale and onward purchase, which completed recently. Kirsty Jones and her team are incredible to work with - thorough, efficient and communicative, they went out of their way to explain every step, which was reassuring to us as first time sellers. Despite some some tricky issues with the land registry and the council at either end of the chain, they made everything go smoothly and without stress. We were recommended Kirsty and her team by a friend, and we’ve since recommended them to several friends ourselves. That alone shows how happy we’ve been working with Kirsty; we wouldn’t use any other solicitors Kirsty, Sue and Lauren - thank you for everything.

I recently worked with Ellie Robinson and Michelle Young on the sale of my property. They were both very organised, helpful and clearly really know their stuff. I would absolutely use Rothera Bray in future and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Kathryn and the team were proactive and diligent throughout our sale and purchase transaction despite both time and chain pressure. Kathryn was extremely efficient and communication was second to none at all times, from start to finish, always available and responsive. Kathryn is an absolute credit to the residential property team and Forbes Solicitors. There is nothing we can genuinely suggest to improve process and it was an absolute pleasure to work the Kathryn and the team. We are very grateful - thank you. Best wishes. Mr and Mrs S.

Tina and Jessica handled both our sale and purchase amazingly, we can't speak highly enough of them. The chain was small, but came with lots of queries and meant constant chasing of information from other solicitors, which Tina did super efficiently. Communication at all stages was fantastic, the portal and online payment system made life really easy and Tina managed what was a really stressful move for us professionally throughout. Thank you both for your hard work - we would recommend Howells and Tina without doubt to anyone looking to move house.

Adele and kim have been amazing throughout the process of selling my property. Every email was clear and updates at all times. Nothing was to much trouble. I can't thank you enough gor all hour hard work . Would definitely recommend.

I was jointly selling with my brother who lives in the UK and I abroad Levi Solicitors made the experience seamless. I was kept informed at all times of the progress and they were very easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any future Clients.

They have been extremely efficient throughout the sale of my property. They also provided additional support when I pulled out of a prospective sale due to no fault of our own. We will be contacting them soon for the sale of my partners property and the purchase of our future home.

Sue kept me informed at every stage of the process with selling our home to buying our new one. Thank you again for making our move a simple and easy process.
