Sam was amazing. She kept us informed at all stages. She was easy to get hold of and her emails were straightforward. At times we asked for additional advice and she was prompt and clear. Within a year we sold two houses and purchased one (plus a failed chain at one stage) and Sam sorted it all out for us. Would I use her again? 100%. Would I recommend her? I already have. Thank you.

Face to face meeting much appreciated. Fast and efficient service for our needs in comfortable surroundings with an experienced knowledgeable person. Very satisfactory meeting and service.

I recently used the firm for my house move, of which proved to be a really difficult and tricky chain. April went over and above to try to ensure that following the 4th day where exchange had still not taken place due to matters beyond our control (higher up the chain), that it did happen the following day. I am extremely grateful to April for her perseverance in getting the chain to complete just before the deadline. I have found both April and colleague Izzy approachable, supportive and really helpful - thank you!

We had an excellent experience working with Diane and her team from start to finish. Throughout the process, we encountered several challenges with other solicitors and buyers in our chain, but Diane consistently provided outstanding advice. The team were always responsive, professional, and handled every matter with care. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane to anyone seeking a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor.

We are so grateful to the support and professionalism we received from Clare Clark, Katie Huggett and Jamie-Lee Cole. Our buyer's solicitors proved to be a little tricky to work with and the FJG team had to deal with a VERY last minute demand. We are pleased we chose FJG, having had a good experience with the firm in 2012, and after my brother also had a good experience in 2024.

Thank you Lorna for the brilliant and efficient service you and Lilac Law provided for the sale/purchase of our property, every detail and query were dealt with rapidly and efficiently which greatly reduced the stress level this transaction caused for both my wife and I. Should we contemplate moving again we would use both Lilac Law and yourself again. George & Christine Bottley

Liam and his team were absolutely amazing. I am so thankful to Liam and his team for their efficient communication, professionalism and expertise in handling our property transfer process. They handled it so quickly. Liam was always on call and addressed any concerns and questions. I would highly recommend Blacks solicitors. Thank you once again. I greatly appreciated everything you did.
