Looking to move to our final home John Brian and Donna Beaumont at Sherrards were our obvious go to solicitors having helped in the past with children’s house purchases. Good choice - we had lots of buyer and seller interactions - we had 3 buyers who all ‘started the process’ and we lost one house on the way (lucky as our final home is better!)
