Alisha was extremely diligent and approachable when completing my transfer of equity's. Alisha was also dedicated to my files.

From the moment I asked for a quote on the costs of the part exchange process, through to completion, the experience was outstanding. The lawyer who managed my part exchange was Jessica Betts, who was exceptional throughout the sale process. Jessica was very responsive so always responded to my emails or calls without delay - even during the periods when things were being held up by other parties. Jessica was very clear in all of her correspondence and everything was so clear to understand. I have used numerous lawyers when purchasing properties in the past, but Jessica's performance was absolutely first class and would recommend her to anyone wanting a reliable, responsive and exceptional knowledgeable lawyer.

Although the process took far too long due to the backlogs at the land registry, I was always kept up to date and all correspondence dealt with very promptly by Olivia. It was a refreshing change to deal with her and she is a credit to your company.

Conor acted with dedication and determination to complete on my property within the timeframe I asked (despite the transaction being complex). He responded to all my emails within a timely fashion and answered any queries I had. He kept me fully informed throughout the whole process and did so in a friendly and approachable manor. We’re very happy with the service we received. Thanks Conor!

Sonal acted for me on both the sale of my flat and the subsequent purchase of my house. Sonal was extremely well organised and ensured that everything required was in place with time to spare. This meant we were always ready to proceed as soon as was practical. I would not hesitate to recommend Sonal and her team at Setfords

We have used Ward Gethin in the past but this was our first time buying a property. Our first buy fell through and our 2nd attempt has just been completed. Claire was absolutely amazing both times. Very thorough and we felt that we could trust Claire and the team to do what was right for us so that we wouldn’t have any issues if/when we come to sell. Highly recommended.

Kalim has worked on the conveyancing for both the selling and buying of properties for us. Throughout the whole process he has been nothing short of outstanding; his communication, professionalism and work ethic have been incredible throughout and everyone that has come into contact with him along the way have said the same. We are immensely grateful for all of the hard work he has put into our cases and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who requires similar services. We wish him every success in all that he goes on to do.

Not a straightforward process due to difficult participants in the chain but Samantha Millington and team from Slee Blackwell Solicitors came up with the results. Particular thanks to Rosie Martin and the unseen workers behind the scene.
