Our experience with Fraser Dawbarns' conveyancing team was excellent. They were professional, approachable & efficient. All enquiries were dealt with knowledgably and speedily. Pleasant members of staff. Would recommend.

We had an excellent conveyancing experience from TFS, led by Sarah and Harriet. They handled both our house sale and onward purchase. The sale was ready to exchange very quickly. The purchase was considerably more complex, but Sarah was great at chasing everything we were waiting for and keeping us updated. We had some detailed phone calls with her about the most challenging aspects and all our questions were answered thoroughly and in an easy to understand way. She helped us make some critical decisions and we were very grateful for the advice she gave us. Sarah's attention to detail was also excellent, especially when she picked up on a crucial detail that had been missed by our vendor's solicitor. At the end of the process Harriet did a great job of chasing through our completions and making sure we had all the final documents. Thoughout the process the communication was great - we always got replies quickly. The online portal and digital signing made things really easy as well. We'd definitely recommend TFS for conveyancing and have been very happy with the support we've received. Thank you Sarah and Harriet!

We had an excellent experience working with Diane and her team from start to finish. Throughout the process, we encountered several challenges with other solicitors and buyers in our chain, but Diane consistently provided outstanding advice. The team were always responsive, professional, and handled every matter with care. I would not hesitate to recommend Diane to anyone seeking a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor.

We are so grateful to the support and professionalism we received from Clare Clark, Katie Huggett and Jamie-Lee Cole. Our buyer's solicitors proved to be a little tricky to work with and the FJG team had to deal with a VERY last minute demand. We are pleased we chose FJG, having had a good experience with the firm in 2012, and after my brother also had a good experience in 2024.

Lorna has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of our house purchase. Easily the best service we have had compared to other solicitors we have used. Highly recommend, Lorna has been so efficient and she regularly updates you during the process. Thank you so much!!!

Black Solicitors is excellent and by far the best solicitors firm for conveyancing I have ever instructed. I recommend Blacks and in particular Jack Parkinson to everybody I possibly can when selling or purchasing a house. The transaction is seamless and I had no query or concern that Jack hadn't already first considered and acted upon. Cannot Thank Jack and the team enough. Highly Highly recommend!

Rachel has been so fantastic in helping us sell our house and buy another property. The transaction had a few difficulties and she managed to help rectify these and provide great advice all while keeping us as calm and stress free as possible. She has been very responsive and proactive through out the process and kept us updated all the time. She is very friendly and polite and nothing has been too much trouble. Additionally, her legal secretary Jasmine White has also provided so much help and support and has always passed any enquiries and responses on in a timely manner. She has been quick to answer any queries we may have and kept us up to date.

Professional, knowledgeable and always available for sound advice. Reassuring when not everything was going to plan.

Linda communicated with every step of the selling process of the property. Very clear and concise. She clearly has a good relationship with the local estate agent and so could get on with the job. If there's a need for her/Parker Bullen again i'd be happy to use their services.

Luke and his team were first class, and worked over and above the required level. Our 1st house in 28 years so was like a rabbit in the headlights, but Devonalds took away the stress, and helped whenever I required help.
