Dear Beverly, David Barney & Co team I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service you provided during the recent transfer of equity process. From the moment we first engaged, your professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication made the entire process seamless and efficient. Your team’s speed in handling all aspects of the transfer was impressive, and I always felt well-informed every step of the way. The clarity with which you explained each stage of the process, as well as your prompt responses to any questions or concerns, provided immense peace of mind. I particularly appreciated how quickly you addressed any potential issues and how effortlessly everything came together. It is rare to find such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and approachable team, and I will certainly not hesitate to recommend your services to others in the future. Thank you again for making what could have been a complex and stressful experience incredibly smooth. Kind regards, Magdalena Baciu

I am very pleased with the support from Atkins Dellow, especially Georgina Jones, as conveyor for my house buy and performing a title transfer. Georgina is very quick in responding to queries and professional. All other staff I interacted with, is also very courteous and helpful and prices are competitive.

Conveyed my property to the previous tenant very well indeed, much better than my family's experience with another property lawyer with the same property back in 2019.

Selling and buying, Jodanna was very good and professional. We had lots of issue with both the selling and buying but Jodanna dealt with everything well and efficiently. This isn’t the first time we have used Herringtons and it won’t be the last.

We were fortunate enough to find Richard Whiteley at Taylor Emmett around 5 years ago. He managed to unpick a very complicated housing transaction and we have used him for three or four purchases / transfers since then. Richard is extremely talented, responsive, compassionate and efficient. Don't think of using anyone else!

The whole conveyancing process went smoothly and my solicitor was very patient explaining each stage in the procedure. I would highly recommend this company.

I came to Paris Smith following poor advice from my previous solicitor. After meeting Jason, I was completely confident that he could help, firstly with trespassers in the property, and secondly with a dispute regarding the ownership of the property. During the process, with the help of Jacky, they acted in my best interest, I was given excellent advice and I was always kept fully informed. My dispute was resolved, allowing me to sell the property, using Paris Smith's conveyancing service (Delicia was excellent) and restoring my confidence that the law is there to protect you. I can't thank Paris Smith enough for all they have done on my behalf.

I was recommended to use this firm and and Peter and I could not be happier with the service I was provided, being kept up to date constantly, chasing up on procedures, swift responses and working late to provide with me clarification. Everything they have done has been greatly appreciated and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Russell & Russell were recommended to us for the support of the purchase of a property in Chester. We needed a good level of support as we live overseas which we perceived to be an added complication. We got great advise and support and super prompt service throughout the whole process and we were able to complete on the property within just five weeks. Big thanks to Karen and Diane...great experience
