From the start to the end Buchanans kept us informed how things were progressing which took so much stress off us.

It was a matter of extreme importance to our family that we were able to achieve a very fast exchange. I have used Crane & Staples previously and have always found them to offer an excellent service. My experience with Caroline Rimmer, was more than brilliant. I had a boundary concern regarding a shared path, and she went above and beyond by arranging a site viewing during her own lunch break the same week. She carefully went through the details and completely eased my concerns. Caroline also ensured completion was arranged on the exact date I requested. She made such a daunting experience a lot easier and would absolutely recommend her 100%
