Selling and buying a house on behalf of an elderly family member was a new experience for us, but having Marie as our solicitor made the process as smooth as possible. Considering some of the challenges that cropped up during conveyancing (stressful for us and for her) she dealt with everything in a professional, firm and friendly manner. We cannot praise her highly enough and although she is officially a 'trainee' we are confident we could not have had a better solicitor to help us through the past six months or so.
