Of all the Solicitors I have used, I have found this firm the best. They were fairly quick (when typically a conveyancing process can be pretty slow) and were very helpful with discussing our situation and answering queries. Holly, who dealt with majority of the process for us, was great. Holly kept us informed, her responses were quick, and she was helpful and professional. I found the whole process quite easy and things were not overcomplicated. I would definitely recommend this firm.

My experience with Bannister Preston Solicitors LLP has been exceptional. Throughout the process of selling and purchasing a property I was informed, guided and supported by a professional team. As well as positively experiencing all of the areas identified in the next question I feel there are more to add. I was treated with respect and kindness. Every question or query dealt with sensitively.

I would highly recommend PCB Solicitors. I recently bought and sold a house, and the entire process was completely seamless. Danielle was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly efficient, professional, and always one step ahead. She provided exceptional support and advice throughout, keeping everything on track and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I would personally like to thank her for all of her hard work and dedication. Truly outstanding service from start to finish!

Kyrylo assisted me throughout a lengthy and complex set of negotiations relating to a property-related dispute. From the outset, he was extremely supportive and made the process clear and easy to follow at every stage. He was consistently responsive, approachable, and understanding, and took the time to explain options and next steps in a way that gave me the confidence to move forward. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication, and would not hesitate to recommend him.

A super service provided by Clare Waters and her colleagues in completing the transfer of the property from my late parents estate into my sole name. Much appreciated.

Dealing with Melanie during the sale of my property has been a pleasure. She has been professional, efficient and friendly guiding me through paperwork and obtaining any necessary additional information without any fuss. I look forward to seeking her help with my future purchase.

Without a doubt, an excellent solicitor. Had to deal with them for selling a property and buying another at the same time. They did everything very professionally and the transaction was very smooth and everything was exactly on time, whatever date they told me was bang on right. Thank you Aslam and Asfandyar for helping me and sorting everything out so perfectly and I highly recommend them.

Very professional team with fantastic knowledge of the house move, always in constant communication which made our house move and sale a smooth transaction.
