Like many others I am sure, the moving process was longer than we originally expected and we ended up completing on the sales and having a gap before completing on our purchase. Joe was very supportive to us while efficiently and professionally negotiating with a very difficult and lazy conveyancer who was dealing with our new home. Joe took extra steps to ensure that the Land Registry details and other loose ends were all tied up and that we were in our house for Christmas.

The purchase of the property was far from straight forward as there was an historical charge remaining on the property in favour of Alliance & Leicester, who no longer exist.
