The overall rating in 3 stars This has been an avg of 2 and 4 stars for 2 cases which reema handled 1. The first case which lasted for almost 6 months is rated at 2 star (poor) because of various reasons - no clear communication- no clear explanation and expectation evaluation- repeated instances of not receiving emails- only one way follow up. It was very poor experience. We tried our best but the response was futile and led to tremendous disappointment even after us having very high resilience to poor customer service. 2- As the first property failed to go through (bottleneck due to council's failure) we quickly moved to our next property in 2 weeks time. This process started in December and Completed on 04th March. The rating for this is 4 star (good). Reema reflected on all the shortcomings from the first case and understood our expectation and how good customer service looks like. Many of the previous problems were not repeated. It could still be better it terms of better communication and keeping us posted regularly rather than us reaching out for an update, but as overall it completed within the timelines I cant complain a lot. So a good strong job on this property from Reema. 3.5 star 🌟 would be the best I could give based on overall service, fulfilment of goal and knowledge shared. Thanks for everything you did reema. We will come back to you for anything else but hope we can be better to a regular communication from the very start. We will still be grateful for helping us get our first property in the UK.

Looking to move to our final home John Brian and Donna Beaumont at Sherrards were our obvious go to solicitors having helped in the past with children’s house purchases. Good choice - we had lots of buyer and seller interactions - we had 3 buyers who all ‘started the process’ and we lost one house on the way (lucky as our final home is better!) Donna and John guided us all the way - how many solicitors will send info evenings and weekends and were happy to help throughout! Professional , Efficient ,ever Helpful and above all Considerate - can honestly say they never broke a promise and took on so much of the stress a home move always generates Thank You and if you are thinking of moving and need a solicitor then in our view they are ‘the very best’
