Following the death of my husband, I was faced with the issues of dealing with transferring title of our jointly held French property (a very small house) into my name only and subsequently the sale of the house. I had no knowledge of the stages involved or how to approach them. These difficulties were compounded by a very unresponsive Notaire in France. Lea came to my rescue, explained the process and various stages involved and undertook the negotiations with the Notaire. It transpired to be a long process (although I now understand that it is inevitably much longer than in the UK) but Lea chased and followed up with the Notaire, resulting in a successful transfer of title and sale. This help and advice was invaluable. Always professional but kind, understanding and empathetic. Someone on whom I could rely. With my sincere thanks to Lea and to Buckles.

Having Dealt with KLR Solicitors at Sidcup Kent found that the whole experiance from start to finish Just Excellent so I'm 100% satisfied.

Highly recommend Steve Gray who helped with documenting my will, and helping my mother with hers and her LPA. Extremely professional and thorough, gave me every confidence in his services.

Lindsey was a breath of fresh air. Very approachable and knowledgeable on the subject. A PLEASURE to work with.

I found Rebecca Minns to be very helpful and professional. She clearly explained various aspects of updating my will. Changes were made and a few weeks later I was able to go into the office to have the will signed and witnessed. I was very happy with the service I received.

We wanted to move quickly as we were living with family. Regular updates and efficient professional service. Completed within 8 weeks.

Jay Marsh-Gasson assisted me in making changes to my existing Will. Jay's professional behaviour, knowledge, and open and warm demeanour was very welcome. I really appreciated the time I was given to consider relevant details during both appointments. Jay was also great at keeping in touch and responding to emails promptly. He was courteous throughout. I was also greeted by a friendly receptionist on my arrival. Although the offices in Salisbury could do with a bit of tlc, the service offered was second to none. I felt listened to and cared about, which was more important to me. Richard Griffiths & co. helped me with my previous Will and I happily recommend them, and Jay particularly, without any hesitation.

We recently engaged with Stephen and Ella at MLP to help us structure our business succession planning. They made it all very clear and simple, and listened to what we wanted/needed and made useful suggestions. We would highly recommend!
